Who we are
Get Superintelligence is a trading name of Greg Rothwell, a sole trader. Greg decides how your information is used, which makes him the controller under UK data protection law. Email hello@getsuperintelligence.co.uk, or write to [address for service].
What the website does
The site does not set cookies, has no analytics and runs no scripts. Its fonts and images are served from this site, so nothing on the page loads from anyone else's servers. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request and security logs, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We rely on legitimate interests for this: keeping the site working and secure.
When you join a waitlist
We store your email address, which waitlist you joined, the date and time, and, if you arrived from a link we shared, a short tag saying where that link was (for example, LinkedIn). We use this to tell you when there's a place, and to count how much interest each service has. We rely on legitimate interests: you asked to hear, and we want to know which services to run.
If you also tick the weekly email box, we record that and when you ticked it. That is your consent to receive it. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@. The weekly email has not started yet.
The list is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database run by Cloudflare, restricted to data centres in the European Union. No one else can see it.
When you email us
Your email and anything you include are held in [the mailbox hello@ forwards to] so that we can read and reply. [Whether enquiry emails are ever put into an AI tool, and which.] We rely on legitimate interests to reply to you, or, if you are asking about buying a service, on taking the steps you have asked for before a contract.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove you, or [12 months] after the service you joined for starts or is dropped, whichever comes first.
- Weekly email consent: until you withdraw it.
- Enquiry emails: [2 years] after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare (hosting and the waitlist database) and [the email provider] process information for us as service providers. [Whether either processes it outside the UK, and the safeguards each uses for that.] We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. In some cases you can ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@getsuperintelligence.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. Email hello@getsuperintelligence.co.uk [or write to the trading address, once it is settled]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Your choices
You do not need to give us any personal information to browse the site. Joining a waitlist needs only an email address, and the weekly email is a separate choice.
